I don't have motivation for this

If someone wants to be the new owner and I'll just help out when I can, but also please keep all rules I have now. it has to be one whom is already helping as a co-admin with the group.

I haven't been on the group in a while, and I just don't feel it right now, I'll probably come back strong one day, but I don't want the group to die ether with a Admin that can't think of great idea's for others to do..

and whom ever wants to be, they can create a human character for the mayor and mine will step down and just live in the town.

I haven't been on here in like weeks it feels like, and I don't wanna pull anyone else down that might still enjoy role playing or drawing art on here.

I see now why those whom have created crossing groups have all failed/or just stopped because its just to much work.

I've been doing more things at home then doing stuff on the computer, I haven't really been drawing but instead doing Polymer Clay work. and tending to my kids, my girl will be 3 on June 1st, I've been letting her play outside and my son he does Karate.

So if you think you can handle the group and you won't screw it up, please let me know.
